Description:

The PROS Network offers Teacher / Parenting Training Modules through the Virtual Parenting Center and through Regional Workshops and Seminars.

The Objectives:

  • The PROS Network will expose and increase the quantity and quality of engaging opportunities available for educators and parents to be co-workers by arming educators with tools, strategies, and techniques for mutual respect, effective and seamless communication that will optimize the educational process and shorten the learning curve.
  • The PROS Network will provide opportunities for educators to be trained in the same parent education techniques utilized with the targeted parents to enhance the education provided and to bring about a more unified approach with the students.
  • The PROS Network will help to provide continuous education for educators to foster within them the extinguishing the overall social apathy that exists in many urban communities that contributes to familial decay and continuous state of mediocrity.
